Today is Ukraine’s Independence Day – marking 32 years since the country declared independence from the Soviet Union. 
Independent, sovereign and free. Those words matter more now than ever before.
It is also 18 months since Russia invaded the country.
The courage of the Ukrainian people in the face of Putin’s barbaric invasion of Ukraine is an inspiration as we remain steadfast in our support for the Ukrainian people, as we have done from the very beginning.
