I have been a longstanding Dementia Research Champion, pledging my support for people living with dementia and other degenerative brain disorders and conditions.
Local community activists and campaigners should be applauded in helping to reverse the scourge of dementia and Alzheimer's.
The work of organisers and volunteers at Dementia Friendly Worthing and the fundraising efforts at Guild Care shops across Worthing all contribute to this important endeavour.
Enough is enough, we all agree that it's time for a cure. Let us hope for a world free from the plight of dementia and Alzheimer's.
