On Thursday we celebrated a happy and glorious official opening of the Tarring Manor Caring Home.
The state-of-the-art home is located on the site of the former care home 'The Priory'. The restored and reinvigorated building is situated next to Tarring Park with a beautiful view towards St Andrew's Church and the newly restored tennis courts.
Obviously, it is the residents who make the place great but the caring staff and workers behind the scenes are the ones who come together to achieve tasks, to build a team and recognise every individual, whether you are staff or you are a resident or you are part of the community.
Working with the volunteers at Friends of Tarring Park, the home have agreed to host the Tarring Easter Egg Hunt and Bonnet Parade at the home on Sunday, March 24, at 11.45am.
