Earlier this year, residents united in opposing the undesired application for 48 dwellings on land northeast of Kingston Lane.
Many recognised it as likely inciting a domino effect on the rest of our green spaces surrounding Worthing, Goring, Ferring, Kingston and East Preston.
The application was rightly turned down by Arun District Council.
A revised plan for 47 houses has since been submitted and is now open to public consultation.
I have objected with the following words:

I encourage local residents to share their views. Many have done so already.
